When we take on a client engagement, it works like this.

  • We start from the system you already operate: its interfaces, data classes, release process and the cost of a wrong answer.
  • Scope is written down before any code: the model, the tools it may call, the evaluation it must pass, and what is out of bounds.
  • Implementation follows your release process. You keep the tests, the runbooks and the ability to switch the AI feature off.
  • Governance and engineering are scoped separately, so advice and build can each be reviewed on their own terms.
  • We work with whichever models your constraints allow, and we do not train models on your data by default.
  • Legal sign-off stays with your counsel.
