Who we are

The controller is Comonad Limited (Company No. 15713725), a company registered in England and Wales and based in London. Contact: alex@comonad.co.uk.

What the contact form collects

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. We use those details only to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: handling a request you have sent us.

The form also includes a hidden field used only to detect automated submissions. We do not use that field to contact you.

Rate limiting

We use the IP address of the request, taken from standard forwarding headers, to rate-limit the contact form. That value is kept only in the memory of the server that handles the request and is not written to a lasting store.

Who processes the data

The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact-form messages are sent by email through Resend. We use Plausible Analytics in its default cookieless configuration to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security, and processes IP addresses and request data for that purpose.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to keep normal business records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, and you can ask us to correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
